Meet the Team
Mark Watson
Health and Social Care Level 5
Mark has over 10 years experience in the care industry, having worked at many day services in the past. He runs the day to day tasks around the farm and has a very hands on approach. He loves working with our individuals in the workshop building our bespoke items. Mark also drives the minibus to pick up/drop off our amazing individuals.
"It has always been my dream to run my own day service, ever since i started in the industry. Now that i'm here its amazing to finally produce a safe and fun place for all to enjoy."
Emily Watson
Health and Social Care Level 5.
Emily has over 7 years experience in the care industry. Emily is the face of the business and deals with the marketing and parent/guardian relationships. Emily has always had a strong connection to animals and strongly believes they have a calming effect on our individuals as-well as teaching them compassion.

Ian Watson
Ian works on the farm keeping it to a high level of standard and safety. He also helps our individuals build items in the workshop. He is a very friendly face around the farm and loves to have a joke, he's usually followed closely by Ralph.
Louise Thomas
Supervisor
Louise is one of our most experienced members on the farm having worked in all aspects of the care industry. Louise in charge of our up-cycling projects, she is also a bit of a dab hand in the kitchen and runs lots of cooking sessions with our individuals. Every single one of our individuals loves her to pieces.

Megan Jones
Health and Social Care Level 3
Megan is a very creative and likeable young lady, who gets stuck right into any job around the farm. She excels in making people feel comfortable around her and making sure our individuals get the most out of their activities.
Jane Watson
Supervisor
Jane has been working at the farm for a while now and has really made an impact on all the individuals who attend. Jane is a dab hand in the garden and loves teaching our students how to grow and nurture all the flowers, fruit and vegetables that grow at Reach Out Caring.
Jane is a qualified chef and loves teaching everyone important life skills in the kitchen, including cooking simple meals, creating fancy treats and on a Friday she helps our individuals create homemade lunches.
Luke Wicks Harris
Luke has been working with us for a while now, his calm attitude and positive outlook on life has a brilliant effect on everyone who he supports.
Luke is a dab hand in the workshop but also enjoys teaching our individuals vital life skills.
Sam Smith
Sam has a background in working with adults with learning disabilities, Sam loves being creative in the workshop and comes up with all sorts of interesting things to make.
Sam is very interested in creating Reach Out Caring as green as possible. She is working with Ian and our individuals to reduce water and energy waste.
Jess Sharpe
Jess has a background in teaching Dance and fitness to adults with learning disabilities and her positive energy/personality is infectious to be around.
Jess has become rather talented in the kitchen, coming up with all different recipes!
Erin Clune
Erin Joined us from Eastleigh collage where she has been studying hard to do her Level 2, She has now passed that and is working on completing her level 3 in health and social care. Erin loves holding equine management sessions with our individuals, teaching them the importance of equine welfare.
Wendy Kay
Wendy has been caring for individuals with Learning disabilities for 14+ years, with lots of experience Wendy bring fun, excitement and crazy ideas to the farm!
Wendys fun, bouncy personality is infectious, she has a great way about her that gets everybody smiling.
Paul Trayhorn
With many years of experience, Paul is our farm builder. Paul works 1:1 with many of our clients in the Wood Workshop teaching them how to make items out of recycled pallet wood
Cat Ireland
Cat has many years experience in social care, working along side Wendy in their last job she has plenty of experience to be able to deal with different situations.
Cat has a love for the outside life, she has her experience with animals and loves teaching everyone how to care for animals.
Ellis Long
Ellis is one of our newest team members, with his fun to be around personality and welcoming attitude, Ellis has quickly become a favourite to work with at Reach Out Caring.
Ralph - Forever in our hearts </3
Our resident Brown Bear, he has a very calming demeanour and loves a cuddle. You can usually catch him laying down in the sun, watching everyone doing their jobs on the farm.
Barney
Barney is a bit of a live wire and loves helping the individuals doing their jobs around the farm. He is a real faviourite due to his cheeky personality. Barney especially loves rounding the chickens up and trying to catch the fish.
Red
Red is our little farm sausage dog, you can often find her following Jane around the farm or led on the grass in the sun.
Jinny
Jinny is our second farm sausage, Jinny loves to be involved in everything! including things she shouldnt be!
